- Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse within 1–2 business days
- Tracking: All orders include tracking, with details provided once your order has been dispatched

Shipping to French Polynesia
We ship directly to French Polynesia from New Zealand.
- All orders are shipped via DHL Express
- Delivery timeframe: Shipping usually takes between 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size
