Returns
We want you to love your new Pelagic Gear. That's why we offer a 30-Day return period on all nz.pelagicgear.com orders.
We are committed to providing high-quality clothing and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are based in Auckland, NZ and purchases are covered against manufacturing defects under the Consumer Guarantees Act but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage. If you receive a faulty or defective item, return the product to us with prior consultation within 30 days from date of purchase and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
In the case of sizing issues or change of mind, returns are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase with prior consultation. To be eligible for a return, items must be in as new condition, unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging. Suitable size replacements for exchange, a credit or refund can be issued once the item has been returned, inspected and approved.
